I could quite happily eat ALL of these cupcakes, but the Despicable Me and Cookie Monster ones would have to be saved till last as they are just AWESOME. I can’t cook for toffee so I’d have to find a clever relative/friend to make them for me first though!!

Absolutely LOVE the M&M cakes… genius! Also the cookie Monster cupcakes are fab… would love to be able to create something this good, but somehow not too sure if mine would look remotely alike!!
