At Solopress, we make printing envelopes as effortless as posting them. You can add your unique handiwork to a template in one of four design formats:

The safe area is everything within the dashed line. Any artwork within there is guaranteed to appear on your envelope.

It’s possible that any artwork in the grey area could get trimmed off, so keep all your essential details within the dashed line. The solid black line surrounding the grey area is the cutter guide.

Beyond that is blue area known as the bleed. If your design is intended to cover the entire surface of the envelope, it’s important that your artwork extends throughout the bleed area, to avoid any unprinted edges.

Once you’ve finalised your design, you’re ready to start printing. Simply log-in to your Solopress account and choose your envelope size. Then, upload your artwork file and we’ll take care of the printing and delivery.
