Creep

In print, creep refers to the instance where the middle pages of a folded booklet extend slightly beyond the outer pages.

This is most noticeable in thick Booklets and is accounted for during the print finishing process through 'creep compensation', which adjusts the margins to ensure a consistent finish when trimmed.
